I'm sure you all recognize this cute kid from my blog! It has been a while since he's had any photo's taken of him. My little brother is one of my most photographed subjects. He is probably the reason why photographing guys is my favorite. Friday night I went to the movie
Meet The Mormons with my family. The part that got to me the most was the story of the
missionary mom. It keeps dawning on me how old my little brother is getting! I'm going to school with kids that are almost his age! We're only three and a half years apart. That gap gets smaller and smaller as we get older. He is going to be serving an
LDS mission this summer! I'm going to have to go two whole years without taking his picture! It made me sad in the movie to think about how I really won't see this kid for two years. One of the hardest times in my life was when my older sister was gone for about nineteen months. It makes me nervous to have to let another sibling go for a longer period of time. Missions are such great things. We let our loved ones go for short time so that others will be blessed by the
gospel. The gospel brings so much happiness to me. Another part of the missionary mom story I loved was that the Lord has a plan for each of us. He really cares about what is happening in our
life. We are blessed by Him so frequently through others. He won't let us be left alone. Each and everyone of us is important to Him.
